First of all, thank you for coming to New York City for our wedding! We know that traveling for a wedding can be difficult and we appreciate that you are making the effort for us. Here is some information that will hopefully help to make your stay in New York comfortable and convenient.
Hotel
We have booked a group rate at Embassy Suites in Downtown Manhattan. In choosing this hotel, we considered price, amenities, and location, and we think that this is the best deal. The hotel offers a complimentary full breakfast and wine and cheese cocktail hour every day. There is an excellent gym in the hotel, as well as the best movie theater in Manhattan. We have reserved a special group rate of $219 per night for the nights of October 11th and October 12th. You may stay for one or both nights. You must book your room before September 4th in order to take advantage of this rate.
